Maintenance of granular packaging machine is essential for long-term use.


Parts lubrication


1. The tank part of the machine is equipped with an oil gauge, which should be refueled once before starting. It can be added according to the temperature rise and operation of the bearings.


2. The worm gear box must store the oil for a long time. The oil level is that the worm wheel invades the oil. If it is used regularly, it must change the new oil every three months. There is an oil plug at the bottom of the tug, which can be used for oil discharge.


3. When refueling the machine, do not let the oil spill out of the cup, let alone flow around the machine and on the ground. Because oil can easily pollute materials and affect product quality.


Maintenance instructions


1. Check the machine parts regularly and once a month to check whether the movable parts such as worm wheel, worm, bolt on lubricating block and bearing rotate flexibly and wear. If the defect is found, it should be repaired in time and not be used reluctantly.


2. The machine should be used in a dry and clean room. It should not be used in places containing acids in the atmosphere or other corrosive gas flow to the body.


3. When the machine is finished or stopped, the rotary drum should be taken out for cleaning and cleaning the remaining powder in the bucket, and then installed to prepare for the next use.


4. If the machine is out of service for a long time, it must be wiped and cleaned all over the machine. The smooth surface of the machine parts should be coated with rust-proof oil and covered with cloth canopy.
