Basic introduction

Because this pump is oil seal pump, it is necessary to maintain sufficient N32 mechanical oil in normal movement. The northeast and northwest regions should use No. 32 frozen oil in cold winter season. The oil will be sealed clearance and lubrication, but the oil in the pump will be taken out of the pump when the exhaust is exhaust. Therefore, the first and two stage oil and gas separator must be installed on the outside of the exhaust port to make the oil and gas separate fully, the oil recovery is resupplied to the pump, and the gas is discharged into the atmosphere to make the pump run smoothly to no pollution and energy saving.
Matters needing attention
Proper installation of vacuum suction pump for suction dung cart and matters needing attention in use and maintenance:
1, the pipeline is not allowed to leak phenomenon, otherwise the suction cart will not be able to work.
2, suction dung cart barrel must be installed with anti overflow device. Otherwise, when the suction cart is used, it is easy to suck the fecal sewage into the vacuum pump and damage the whole system.
3. Connecting the oil and gas separator of the first grade gas separator to the two stage oil and gas separator and the oil suction pipe must be used with hard pipe or hard oil resistant rubber tube (steel wire woven hose), and the plastic pipe with hot deformation is not allowed.
4, when the suction truck is used in the new pump, 1-2 liters of N32 mechanical oil should be added directly to the pump. The number 32 refrigerant oil should be added to the northeast and northwest cold regions.
The water gas separator should be added at the pump suction port.
There are first and two class oil and gas separator, four way valve, water and gas separator with one-way valve and overflow prevention device.
