The spiral cage conveyor body is composed of three parts: the head joint, the middle section and the tail section. In general, the middle section is arranged in length according to the length, and the longest middle section is near the head joint, and the middle section of the same length is placed together. The thrust bearing is loaded with the axial force in the head section. A spiral shaft is supported with a useful bearing in the middle and tail segments. In addition, the axially moving radial bearings are also installed in the tail section to compensate for the error of the length of the spiral shaft and to adapt to the change of temperature. The spiral surface has two kinds: solid spiral (S method) and belt spiral (D method). Flange connection is adopted between the screw shafts, which ensures the interchangeability of the connecting shaft and is convenient for maintenance.
Any material suitable for screw conveying can be conveyed by spiral cage conveyor. It can be conveyed continuously in horizontal, sloping and vertical conditions. In particular, it can be connected and fixed directly with its supporting equipment when it is inclined and vertical. It does not need foundation foundation and makes full use of space.
