The repair cycle and content plan of the customized belt conveyor are repaired. The repair period is 3 months for a minor repair, and 12 months for a medium repair (minor and medium repair contents):
Minor repairs:
1. Fix all the screws and locate the upper and lower roller positions.
2, clean the bushing (Zhou Cheng) and adjust the clearance between the bearing bush (Zhou Cheng).
3, check the belt conveyor gear reducer gear engagement, see whether to replace or fill the lubricating oil.
4. Maintenance and replacement of non rotating rolls;
5, replace the local damaged belt and belt joint.
Medium repair:
1, the belt conveyor’s rolling bearings or bushes are all removed and cleaned.
2, repair or replace the axle bush (Zhou Cheng);
3. Overhaul gearboxes, repair or replace gears, shafts and bushes.
4, repair or replace the unloading axle, jacket or axle sleeve.
5, cleaning, repairing and replacing the electric roller;
6. Check the corrosion of the rack and prevent rust in time.
