The structural features of the screw conveyor

(1) helical blade of screw conveyor has three types: solid spiral face, belt spiral face and blade spiral face. The solid spiral surface is called the s method, and its spiral pitch GX is 0.8 times the diameter of the blade. The LS screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powder and granular materials. The belt spiral surface is also called the D method. Its spiral pitch is the same as that of the spiral blade, which is suitable for conveying powder and small pieces of material. The application of the blade spiral surface is less. It is mainly used to transport the material with large viscosity and compressibility. In the process of transportation, the mixing and mixing processes are completed at the same time. The screw pitch is about 1.2 times the diameter of the spiral blade.

(3) the types of screw conveyor are horizontal fixed screw conveyor and vertical screw conveyor. Horizontal fixed screw conveyor is the most commonly used type. It must have a horizontal spiral feed to ensure the necessary feeding pressure.
