Bearing is a part of CNC machining center. Its main function is to support the rotation of the machine, reduce the friction coefficient and ensure the rotation accuracy. In this chapter, we mainly talk about the methods of bearing disassembly.
1、 Percussion method
When striking, the force is concentrated on the inner ring of the bearing. This method is simple, but easy to damage the bearing. When disassembling, pad the bearing with objects under the ground, and then use a hammer to knock the bearing down.
2、 Pull out method
Using a special puller, the bearing can be pulled out only by rotating the handle. It should be noted that the puller should be stuck on the end face of the bearing inner ring and the bending angle of the puller should be less than 90 °.
3、 Pushing method
This method can be realized with the help of a press, and is relatively safe for the bearing, but it should be noted that the force point of the press should be placed on the center of the shaft.
4、 Hot tearing method
Pour the bearing with an oil pot of about 100 ° onto the bearing. According to the principle of heat expansion and cold contraction, the bearing will expand after being heated. At this time, the puller can be used to pull it out. Use this method to be a little small, to avoid scalding.
