The fuses F1 and F2 of the power supply unit have been blown. This is due to high input voltage, or the components of the power supply unit itself have been damaged.

The power supply unit is not good, there is element damage in it. The power indicator light is on, and the alarm light is also gone, but the power supply cannot be connected.
