lubricating oil of diesel generating set usually passes through the gap between piston ring and ring groove, and the gap between valve and conduit enters the combustion chamber. The direct reason for its entry is that the first piston ring is near the top stop because of its sharp decline in movement speed, so that the lubricating oil attached to it is thrown into the combustion chamber. Therefore, the gap between the piston ring and the piston, the amount of oil scraping and the oil scraping, the pressure in the chamber and the viscosity of the oil are closely related to the oil consumption.

1, check the oil leakage: if the oil drops oil from the edge of the flywheel or the back end of the oil bottom, it is the rear oil seal of the crankshaft; if the oil flows outward from the cylinder at the rear end of the camshaft, it indicates that the rear end cover of the camshaft is not sealed and oil is sealed; if the oil is flung out of the crankshaft, it is indicated that the gear cover washer is damaged or the device is not installed. When oil leaks and oil leaks in other village pads or tubing joints, it can be seen from the appearance that there are traces of oil leaking. Check the loosening of the connecting screws or tubing joints and whether the village pad is broken or not.

2, if the exhaust smokes blue, it indicates that the oil is discharged after the combustion of the suction cylinder. Should first check the oil in the inlet pipe, if the oil is used, the compressor impeller shaft seal ring of the exhaust turbocharger is invalid, the oil CIS shaft inflows into the intake port and the seal ring should be replaced. If the inlet pipe is dry and without oil, the valve seal cap should be checked to be intact, the intake door rod and the catheter clearance is the same. Not too big, and give replacement repair.

If the above conditions are all good, the cylinder head and oil bottom shell of the diesel generator set are removed, the cylinder, piston and piston ring are checked and measured in an all-round way, and the wear of the piston, piston ring and cylinder and the assembly clearance are too large and the installation of the piston ring is correct, so that the purpose of removing the fault is achieved.
