Anti-interference measures for fryer

(1). Anti-interference measures for power supply
The electric pulse igniter in this control system, the executive motor and the solenoid valve are all strong interference sources. In order to prevent the mutual interference from the common power supply, we set up the independent power transformers for the electric pulser, motor and solenoid valve. The transformer selects the isolation transformer, and the RLC network filter circuit is connected to the 220V line side. Eliminate the spike interference from the power grid, and use the multi-stage capacitor filter before and after stabilizing the DC side of the power supply of the single-chip microcomputer.
(two). Interface anti-interference measures
In the interface of the single-chip microcomputer and the actuator with strong interference, the photoelectric isolation technology is used, such as the electric pulse igniter, the water quantity and the air quantity to adjust the motor and so on.
(three). Software anti-interference measures
In software, we use digital filtering of sampled data and software to prevent “flying”.
Because the system adopts more stringent anti-interference measures, the automatic gas water heater can work normally in a strong interference environment.
