But most manufacturers don’t have the energy to develop the system. They are more assembled with the system of nafnac and Mitsubishi. Domestic system manufacturers include Guangzhou CNC, Huazhong CNC, etc., but they are not mature and stable enough. They are rarely used on computer gongs, and are generally used in CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, etc.

The main component of the body is casting, which is also a major factor affecting the accuracy of computer gongs. It can even be said that the quality of casting determines the grade of machine tool and the stability of future use. What are the requirements for casting manufacturing, that is, no deformation and enough rigidity. No deformation refers to the actual processing process after leaving the factory, the accuracy of the machine tool remains good, deformation will affect the accuracy. The rigidity of the machine tool is enough to meet the needs of heavy chip processing. Foreign casting manufacturing is much more mature than domestic casting. Take Taiwan as an example. After being finished, machine castings such as Yongjin and Dali in Taiwan have to undergo aging treatment. Some of them are soaked in sea water for several years. After being exposed to the wind and rain of nature, the performance of castings tends to be stable. After being taken out for processing, the stability of machine tools made in this way is naturally better.
