Die Cutting Machine

The die cutting machine is also called the beer machine, cutting machine and numerical control punching machine. It is mainly used for the die cutting (all broken, half broken), indentation and hot stamping operation, fitting and automatic waste disposal of some corresponding non-metallic materials, dry glue, EVA, double side glue, electronic and mobile phone pads. The die cutting machine uses steel knife, hardware mould, steel wire (or steel plate engraving). A template that is applied to a certain shape by imposing a certain pressure on the imprint plate. It is an important equipment for the processing and forming of the post – press packaging.

Die cutting is the most commonly used process in packaging printing. It is a molding process which is used by the die cutting tool according to the design requirements of the product design. Under the action of pressure, the printed or other ring blanks are cut into the desired shape or cut. The indentation process is to use the pressure line knife or the press die to press the line marks on the sheet through the action of pressure, or to make the bending forming by the rolling line wheel in the predetermined position.
