3, reducer, ash conveying device and other mechanical moving parts should be refueling according to regulations. Abnormal phenomena should be eliminated in time.
4. The oil and water separator in the drain valve and gas source triplet should be discharged once every time. The oil mist detector should check the oil storage situation regularly, and timely refueling.
5. If the pulse valve fails, it should be eliminated in time. For example, internal magazines, moisture and other foreign matters should be cleaned in time. The damage of the diaphragm should be replaced in time.
6, regularly check the cylinder and flange surface conditions. If air leakage is found, replace the sealing ring in time.
7, repair door sealing strip, if there is aging, should be replaced promptly.
8, regularly determine the process parameters, such as smoke volume, temperature, concentration and so on, find abnormal, find the cause and deal with it in time.
9, regularly check the gas path system, dust removal system work, found abnormal and timely elimination
10. When starting the machine, the compressed air is connected to the gas storage tank first, the power supply is connected, the power supply is controlled and the ash discharging device is started. If there are other equipment in the system, it should be controlled in chain according to the process requirements.
11. When the process system is stopped, the deduster and exhaust fan should continue to work for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the equipment, and the dust removal operation must be repeated before the dust collector stops working.
12. When the machine is shut down, it is not necessary to cut off the high-pressure gas source immediately. Especially when the fan is working, the compressed air must be provided to the lifting valve to ensure that the lifting valve is working in normal condition.
13. When the dust collector works normally, the ash removal device can not stop working.
