1, the weighing sensor should be light and light, especially for the small capacity sensor with alloy aluminum material as elastomer. Any shock or drop caused by vibration is very likely to cause great output error.
2. When the loading device is designed and installed, the loading force should be ensured to reclose the force axis of the weighing sensor, so that the influence of the inclined load and the eccentric load should be minimized.
3, in the level of adjustment. If the weighing sensor is used, the mounting plane of the base should be adjusted to the level by the horizontal instrument. If multiple sensors are measured at the same time, the mounting surface of the base should be kept on a horizontal plane, which is designed to ensure the strength base of each sensor. This is the same.
4, determine the rated load of the sensor according to the range of the weighing sensor in its instruction.
5, in order to prevent chemical corrosion. When installing, use Vaseline coated weighing sensor outer surface. We should avoid direct sunlight and environmental temperature upheaval.
6. Add the copper braided wire bypass device at the two ends of the weighing sensor loading device.
7. The cable should not be lengthened automatically. When it needs to be lengthened, solder joints should be welded at the joint and moistureproof sealant should be added.
8, it is best to use some baffles around the weighing sensor to cover the sensor. The purpose of this way is to prevent debris from falling into the moving part of the sensor and affecting its measuring accuracy.
9, the cable of the sensor should be far away from the strong power supply line or the place with the pulse wave, and the cable line of the weighing sensor should be separated into the iron pipe separately, and the connection distance should be shortened as much as possible.
10, according to the weighing sensor range selected in its description to determine the rated load of the sensor used, although the weighing sensor itself has a certain overload capacity, but in the process of installation and use should try to avoid such a situation. Sometimes overloading at a short time may cause permanent damage to the sensor.
11, in high precision use occasions, the weighing sensors and meters should be used for 30 minutes after warming up.
