What is a double head stud

The diameter, length and quantity of the stud studs should meet the requirements. The type and material of the stud studs should be determined by grade. There are two commonly used stud studs (also called full threaded studs), two kinds of thread and fine teeth. The common thread of the rough teeth is expressed by M and nominal diameter. Bm=1d double head stud is generally used for the connection between two steel joints; bm=1.25d and bm=1.5d stud studs are generally used for the connection between cast iron and steel connected parts; bm=2d double head studs are generally used for connection between aluminum alloy and steel connected parts. The preceding connector has an inner threaded hole, and the latter connector has a through hole. The two ends of the equal length stud stud should be matched with nuts and washers for two connecting pieces with through holes.

One end of the welded stud is welded on the surface of the connector, the other end (threaded end) passes through the connecting piece with the through hole, then the gasket is put on, and the nut is wrung, so that the two connected parts are connected to a whole.
