That age was an age of barbaric growth. “There are 100 brands in the Zhengzhou market one year, and 95 brands will be killed by the end of the year, with only 5 left.”
After he lost the money, he picked up the first car in Yuzhou market of nautical road to launch a motorcycle accessory and took nine facades.
The history of his success is also the beginning. Summing up the experience of doing business, he realized three words: “opportunity”, “integrity” and “take root”.

First opportunity

In 90s, he did car sales, and there was no electric motorcycle at that time. When the industry became hotter and hotter and burned into a red sea, he sniffed the opportunity and moved decisively into the auto parts market. The reason also appears very substantial, “makes the vehicle many, the spare part market has inflated naturally.”
He also bet on the selection of manufacturers and brands. It’s very important for him to follow the factory. “You’ve done it, but the factory went bankrupt, and you were unlucky. When the brand is still in its infancy, it will be impossible for you to harvest again when people grow vegetables.
He has been in contact with a number of brands four or five years, the last brand has not come out, “it is all day after day, can not be rich overnight.”

Sincerity

To sell batteries, more or less have eaten factory losses. Yin Jianfeng is no exception. After receiving the 5000 yuan guarantee from the manufacturer, he found that 60 thousand yuan was out of date and the manufacturer was out of joint. He said that he could not pass his mistakes on to consumers. “Not because the manufacturers terminate their cooperation will damage the hearts of downstream customers.  The factory is indeterminate, and is responsible for it. ”
A battery sells for five hundred or six hundred yuan, excluding loading and unloading truck costs, workers’ wages and capital pressure, he said, the profit of a battery to hand is four or five yuan. He said he was willing to give 50% of the profits to distributors and agents.
“Learn to be a man first, and then learn to do things.” What customers need is not to be offered at a discount. Customers say business is hard to do, pressure is passed on to you, you take the responsibility to solve the customer’s problems, business is naturally talked about.

“Talent, money, manufacturers, customers, experience, five factors are indispensable. The most important thing is talent, no talent, and money. Now I want to do something. I need to gather people first and raise money again.
Therefore, he feels that it is possible for people to go out and start business in an industry for many years. “You do a lot of work, and the boss gives you more tasks. It’s the backbone. You go out and do it alone. Starting a business is not a newborn calf, but a risk resisting ability.
